Rebuilding the Lives of Super Typhoon Haiyan Victims

Philippines Typhoon Haiyan affected the livelihoods of many fishing communities there. Our Goal is to raise $30,000 to buy 50 boats. Each boat will support three families. The plan is to set up a fisherman’s cooperative, which will allow the fishermen who will use the boats to pay a percentage of the income they get from their seafood sales to the cooperative, so that the cooperative could buy more boats for other fishermen to use.
